me, René Kuilman, Executive Chef and Owner of Renés Café. I
opened my doors on March 15th, 2006; offering breakfast and
lunch in a cheerful atmosphere that captures the flavor of Holland. My menu is filled with
authentic Dutch dishes as well as continental cuisine, and every
menu item is prepared to perfection with the finest, fresh
ingredients. My style of cooking and customer service stems from
a solid background of professional culinary training, coupled
with 20 years as an Executive Chef at several exclusive Country
Clubs. My commitment to offering the best customer experience is
backed up by my friendly and accommodating staff. My philosophy
and mission statement is the same now as it was when I first
started… “Life Is Too Short to Eat Cheap Food!”
